The FTIR waveforms of the SN2-SiNx film have almost the same peak positions of each bond compared to those of the SiH4-SiNx film. Also, since SN2 is not an organic material, there are no peaks containing carbon. This means that SiNx films with the same film quality as SiH4-SiNx can be formed.
