Since the establishment, Samco has shipped a total of 4,000 units of plasma enhanced CVD systems, dry etching systems and dry-cleaning system. We are pleased to announce that we have delivered the 4,000th system, the plasma enhanced CVD system to Kohden Co., Ltd..

Tsukasa Kawabe, the President and COO of Samco, visited Kohden on 12th November, to thank Mr. Masataka Suzuki, the president and CEO of Kohden, and gave a commemorative gift to him. Koden is a manufacturer of sensors such as magnetic sensors and pressure sensors. At the presentation of the memorial gift at Koden's headquarters in Iwata, Shizuoka Prefecture, President Suzuki said, "We are honoured to be the buyer of the 4,000th commemorative system.
