We're delighted to announce our participation in SEMICON West 2023, set to take place from July 11-13 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, CA, USA. This year, we will be exhibiting our extensive equipment and technology lineup, with a particular focus on cluster tool system and Plasma enhanced ALD equipment.

SEMICON West gathers industry professionals to "Build a Path Forward," tackling the key challenges that the global microelectronics industry faces. These include supply chain disruptions, climate change, and talent shortages, all of which are critical factors enabling a $1 trillion industry. We're proud to be part of a community that focuses on finding solutions to these challenges.

Samco will be focusing on advanced processing technology for microelectronics manufacturing, specifically etching and deposition process solutions for SiC/GaN Power/RF Devices, GaAs VCSELs, InP Lasers, MEMS and Sensers. We're also excited to present our newly developed Aqua Plasma solutions such as oxidized metal surface reduction, room temperature bonding of resin, superhydrophilization, and ashing.

As we strive to expand further into the USA market, our booth, located at South Hall No.1441, will spotlight the rapidly-growing compound semiconductor market. We'll showcase the latest data for ICP etching, plasma-enhanced CVD, and more. Plus, we'll be introducing our production-ready cluster tool system, "Cluster H™," designed for ø6 inch and ø8 inch wafers, along with its latest software and device stability features.
